General Overview and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tko9 platform and all its associated services. By browsing the tko9 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are fully agreeing to these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

tko9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If required, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may need to be submitted. tko9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

1.2 Account Closure and Suspension

tko9 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following cases: providing false information, fraud, violation of the Terms, or suspicion of illegal activity.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on tko9 are governed by the following policy:

2.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (via any payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Once a deposit is completed, the balance is generally updated instantly.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times. This means withdrawals can only be made after wagering an amount equal to 10 times the bonus.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Participating in one bonus offer cannot be combined with another active bonus unless stated otherwise.
• Winnings from bonus funds will be considered real funds only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date; any bonus not used before expiry will be cancelled.

Fair Gameplay and Prohibited Activities

tko9 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing or collecting bonuses through any software, bots, automated systems, or artificial means.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Misconduct, harassment, or threats directed at other players or staff.
